Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 November

FOR EXHIBITORS IN PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING SESSIONS

If you wish to present in the professional networking sessions, please submit to the organizers – no later than the 30 October 2011 – an abstract on a single A4 page.

The abstract should include your full contact details.
Please submit it by email to the Conference Producer in word.

Your abstract will be printed in the abstract volume to be distributed to the participants in the conference kit.

The goal of the poster sessions is to provide a showcase for you to present your work in a clear and concise manner.
The display should be on a sheet 80 x120 centimetres pinned to a wood board 1 X 2 metres held on an artist's stand.
there will be wifi available in the Van Leer exhibition space for Networking participants.

  1. Design the sheet on which you present your work to be visually attractive to conference attendees
  2. Select type that is at least 12 point and 18 point for headings so that it is legible from a distance of 1 metre.
  3. Focus on your main message and describe your work in short paragraphs or with bullet points so that it will be communicated even to those who have only a few minutes to view your poster.
  4. The authors are requested to bring their poster and board to the Conference Producer at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute on 15 November 2011 Tuesday at 8.30 and Wednesday, 16 November at 08.30.
